Customer terms

Digital collections
Fête Fast is operated by Kristin Williams. Each collection is a digital product offered for the one-time price shown at checkout, currently $29 USD per collection. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. No physical decorations, food, supplies or printing are included.

Your access
Use the email associated with your purchase to sign in and return to your collection through your customer account. Your collection includes the materials described on its sales page. Keep your account details private and contact hello@fetefast.com if you have an access problem.

Personal use only
Your purchase gives you a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to personalize and print the included materials for your own personal celebrations. No commercial use is permitted, including using the materials for paid client events. You may not resell, redistribute, share account access or publicly post downloadable templates or source files. You may give a print provider the files needed to print your own event materials; that does not give the provider permission to reuse or sell the designs. Ownership of the designs and other intellectual property is not transferred.

Personalization and outside services
Personalizable text can be edited in the supplied Canva templates. Illustrations and other decorative artwork may remain fixed. Canva, Spotify and retailers are separate services with their own terms, account requirements, prices and availability. Access to our collection does not include a subscription to those services.

Printing and supplies
Check names, event details, supplied page dimensions and print settings before producing multiples. Colors, margins, trimming and borderless cropping vary by printer, stock and print provider. Follow the collection’s printing instructions. Styled scenes are concept inspiration rather than a promise that physical supplies are included or that your finished party will be identical.

Shopping links
Shopping links are suggestions. Retail stock, prices, variants and delivery times may change. Purchases from retailers are made directly with them and are subject to their policies. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

Final sale and help
All sales are final because these are digital products. If you have trouble accessing or using your files, email hello@fetefast.com so we can help. We will refund duplicate purchases and files we cannot make usable. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

Hosting responsibility
Adapt plans, menus, activities and quantities to your guests, venue and circumstances. Adult hosts are responsible for supervision, food handling, allergies, supplier instructions and the safe use of materials. Planning guidance is not a guarantee of a particular outcome.

Who we are
Fête Fast is operated by Kristin Williams. This notice describes how we handle information in connection with fetefast.com and our digital collections. Contact hello@fetefast.com with questions or privacy requests.

Information we receive
When you purchase, create an account, subscribe or contact us, we receive information such as your name, email address, order and payment-status details, billing information supplied at checkout, preferences and the contents of your message. Please do not include payment-card details or other sensitive information in the contact form.

How we use it
We use information to process purchases, provide and maintain collection access, send order and account communications, respond to questions, prevent misuse, understand website use and meet recordkeeping obligations. If you opt in, we also use your email address to send new collections and hosting updates. You can purchase without subscribing.

Website, payments and support providers
Squarespace provides our website, customer accounts, checkout, contact records and subscriber storage. Payment services offered at checkout process payment information. Contact-form submissions are stored through Squarespace and notifications are sent to our business email at hello@fetefast.com, which uses Gmail. Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam. These providers process the information needed to operate their services under their own terms and privacy notices.

Cookies and website measurements
The website uses essential cookies for functions such as account access, security and checkout. We also use Squarespace Analytics to understand visits and site activity, which may include technical information such as browser, device, IP address, referral source and pages viewed. Our cookie controls let you accept, decline or manage optional cookies. Squarespace non-essential cookies are restricted pending your choice. Use Cookie Preferences to change your choice. You can also manage cookies in your browser; blocking essential cookies may affect account or checkout functions.

Marketing choices
Marketing signup is optional and is not selected for you at checkout. You may unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or by contacting hello@fetefast.com. We keep essential purchase, service and account messages separate from marketing. We may keep a minimal record of an opt-out so we can honor it.

Shopping and other external links
Canva, Spotify, Amazon and other linked services have their own privacy practices. When you follow an affiliate shopping link, the retailer or affiliate program may use link identifiers and cookies to attribute qualifying purchases. Fête Fast may receive an affiliate commission. Your choices on those services are governed by their own controls and notices.

Sharing and processing
We share information with service providers as needed for the purposes described here, and may disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect rights, prevent fraud or resolve a dispute. Providers may process information in countries other than where you live.

How long information is kept
We keep purchase and account records for as long as needed to provide purchased access, handle support, meet tax and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. Routine support inquiries are reviewed for deletion after 12 months from closure, except where the information is needed for an ongoing matter or a legal requirement. Subscriber information is kept while you remain subscribed; after an opt-out, we may keep the minimum information needed to honor that choice. Copies may remain in provider backups according to their retention processes.

Your requests
Contact hello@fetefast.com to ask about access, correction or deletion of information we hold about you, or to withdraw marketing consent. We may need to verify your identity. Your rights and our response obligations depend on applicable law; some records may need to be retained to provide purchased access or meet legal obligations.

Children
Our collections are purchased and managed by adult hosts. Please do not send children’s personal information through our contact form. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact hello@fetefast.com.

Changes
We may update this notice as our services or practices change. The date on the published policy identifies its latest revision.
